Erin Walkowiak brings over 30 years of electrical expertise and construction industry experience. As the prior owner of a woman-owned electrical contracting company, she successfully led a team of 15–20 employees, managing operations, permitting, scheduling, dispatching, and project execution across residential and commercial projects.
Erin has served as both Electrical and project manager, including the full build-out of a Great Clips location, showcasing her ability to meet demanding deadlines with precision and organization. Known for her clear communication and proactive approach, she excels in fast-paced environments and understands the urgency of on-site demands.
In addition to her construction background, Erin managed a 158-unit apartment complex, overseeing accounts receivable/payable, scheduling electricians, and daily office operations related to leasing. Her combined technical knowledge and operational leadership make her a reliable, well-rounded professional.

Chris Coffel
Master Electrician/Installer
Chris has been in the electrical industry for 28 years, starting in residential construction then progressing into service/maintenance of homes. Eventually, he expanded into commercial remodels and tenant build outs in addition to service/maintenance. Chris spent a couple of years installing HVAC controls, learning the control aspect of comfort systems, and installing/servicing components relative to the electrical nature of the HVAC trade. In his spare time, he likes to put in work in the gym, take long walks with his wife, and serve in the local church.
